To access courses and interactive features, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. 3. Course Enrolment & Intellectual Property

When you enroll in a course on ZyloLearn, you are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the course content for educational purposes. All materials, videos, quizzes, text notes, and design graphics remain the exclusive intellectual property of ZyloLearn and its licensed instructors. You may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, broadcast, or modify any course material without prior written permission.

4. Student Conduct & Community Guidelines

You agree not to:

• Share or resell your account login with third parties.


• Post inappropriate, abusive, hateful, defamatory, or copyright-infringing content on discussion forums.


• Attempt to scrape, reverse engineer, or compromise the technical infrastructure of the platform.

5. Payments & Pricing

All prices for courses and subscriptions are listed in Indian Rupees (INR ₹) inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed securely via verified payment gateways (including HDFC SmartGateway). ZyloLearn does not store full credit/debit card numbers on its servers.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

All purchases and cancellations are subject to our Refund and Cancellation Policy. Please review that policy before purchasing any digital course or subscription.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, Trelixa Technologies Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the platform.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
