At ZyloLearn, we strive to provide high-quality educational content and services. We offer refunds under the following conditions:

• Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of course purchase
• Course completion must be less than 20% to be eligible for a full refund
• Technical issues that prevent course access (verified by our support team)
• Duplicate purchases made in error
• Course content significantly differs from the description

The following items and services are not eligible for refunds:

• Courses completed more than 20%
• Live classes and webinars (unless cancelled by ZyloLearn)
• Downloadable materials and certificates
• One-on-one tutoring sessions already conducted
• Physical classroom programs after the start date
• Special courses with TAB charges (₹20,000+) after 24 hours

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

1. Contact our support team at [email protected]
2. Provide your order number and reason for refund
3. Our team will review your request within 2-3 business days
4. If approved, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
5. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method

For our special courses with hourly rates, the following refund policy applies:

• Live Classes: Full refund if cancelled 24 hours before the scheduled time
• 1-1 Tutorial Sessions: Full refund if cancelled 12 hours before the session
• Physical Classroom Programs: 50% refund if cancelled 48 hours before start date
• Courses with TAB: Refund available only within 24 hours of purchase
• Doubt Clearing Sessions: No refund once session begins

Refund amounts are calculated as follows:

• Full Refund: 100% of the course fee (within 7 days, <20% completion)
• Partial Refund: 50% of the course fee (20-50% completion)
• No Refund: More than 50% course completion
• Processing Fee: ₹100 processing fee may apply to refunds

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase:

• Credit/Debit Cards: 5-7 business days
• Net Banking: 3-5 business days
• UPI: 1-3 business days
• Wallet Payments: 1-2 business days
